We know plans can change -- please cancel your spot if you can’t make it; only no-shows are charged. Thank you for helping us keep spots available for fellow students and respecting our teachers’ time!
No-Show Fees:
Class card / single class - One class will be deducted.
Unlimited or trial members - A $15 no-show fee will be charged to your card.
Late-Entry Policy
For safety and respect for others, we don’t allow entry more than 5 minutes after class starts.
Note: The 7:15 AM classes are checked in by our teachers — those classes are closed at the time that class begins.
Gift Cards:

Need to Cancel or Freeze Your Membership?

When and Why to Freeze?
You plan on returning to the studio after 1-3 months.
You want to keep your current monthly price locked in, avoiding paying more if we increase membership rates.
You haven’t yet reached your minimum 3 month commitment.
You can save credits or time you’ve already paid for for when you return.
How Freezing Works:
It is a one-time $15 fee for NYC members, and allows you to pause your membership for 1-3 months. It is a charge, but is cheaper than buying a membership for months you won't use! It will allow you to pause your membership the day you begin travel, and if it is before your renewal date, you won't be charged until you get back.
Essentially, your membership acts like 30 days (more or less depending on the month) of access. Thus, if you choose to freeze after your renewal date, let's say 5 days after your renewal date, then you'll have "25 days" left of membership, which will automatically begin on the return date you set, in which you won't be charged again until 25 days after your return.

You’re moving or otherwise are certain you will never return to The Yoga Common.
You’ve already reached your 3 month minimum commitment.
Don’t Cancel If:
You want to switch plans, just email brittany@yogacommonstudio.com to process the switch instead!
You are just traveling and want to return to the studio.
You want to keep the reduced or current price of membership locked in.
You haven’t reached your 3 month minimum commitment, or you’ll incur a $100 early cancellation fee.
