Harvesting Your Energy: Breathwork Workshop
with Stephie Maravankin
Sunday, October 26th, 2025 I 1:00 - 3:00 PM ET
New York City Studio
As the seasons shift and the natural world begins to turn inward, we’re invited to do the same—gathering, grounding, and conserving our own energy.
In this two-hour workshop, Stephie Maravankin will guide you through the transformative power of breathwork and movement as tools for nervous system regulation and energetic balance. Learn to harness your breath as a resource for grounding, calming, and reconnecting with your body’s innate intelligence.
Through a nourishing blend of intentional breath practices, gentle movement, and open conversation, you’ll explore how the breath influences your energy, mood, and resilience. This session offers practical tools to help you shift out of survival mode and into a more regulated, resourced state—especially valuable during times of seasonal or personal transition.
All levels welcome. Come as you are—this space is for slowing down, tuning in, and harvesting the energy already within you. Please wear layers and bring your journal for notes. $49.

Sip, Stretch & Restore: An Evening of Deep Relaxation with Yoga & Cacao
with Ana Paula Morales
Friday, October 17th | 6-8pm CT
Austin Studio
Unwind from your day and treat your body to a soothing experience with Cacao & Restore — a unique blend of restorative yin yoga and ceremonial cacao designed to help you slow down, stretch out, and feel grounded.
We’ll begin the evening with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, known for its gentle heart-opening and mood-lifting properties. Think of it as a natural way to shift gears — calming the mind and preparing the body to fully relax.
From there, we’ll move into a restorative yin yoga session focused on deep stretches, supported poses, and intentional breath. This practice is perfect for anyone looking to release tension, improve flexibility, and leave feeling refreshed — no experience needed.
Expect:
- Long, supported holds to release physical tightness
- Guided breathwork to activate your parasympathetic nervous system (the "rest and digest" mode)
- A tranquil setting with soft lighting and calming music
- A space to decompress and come as you are
Whether you’ve had a long day on your feet, an intense workout week, or just need a moment to reset — this is your space to slow down and give back to your body.
All levels welcome. Mats and props provided. $40.
