What Are You Growing? A Spring Reset for Mind, Body, and Practice

As the seasons shift, there’s a quiet invitation in the air: begin again.

Spring doesn’t demand transformation, it simply allows for it. The light lingers a little longer, the air softens, and something within us starts to stir. Not all at once, not dramatically, but gently, steadily, and in its own time. In yoga, growth isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to yourself with more awareness, presence, and intention.

This month, we invite you to pause and ask: What are you growing?

Pause & Reflect

Take a moment before reading on. Let this be interactive—something you return to, journal through, or even share.

Consider:

  • What feels stagnant in my life right now?

  • What am I craving more of?

  • What am I ready to let go of?

  • What does growth look like for me in this season?

There are no right answers here. Growth can be bold and visible, or quiet and deeply internal. Sometimes it looks like change. Sometimes it looks like staying more grounded, present, or aware.

If it feels good, screenshot these prompts or write them down. Let this be a starting point.

Bringing It Back to the Practice

Yoga gives us a space to explore growth without pressure.

Each time you step onto your mat, you’re not expected to be different than you were yesterday—you’re simply invited to notice. To breathe a little deeper. To move with a little more awareness. To listen.

Growth in your practice might look like:

  • Staying in a pose one breath longer

  • Letting go of comparison

  • Choosing rest when you need it

  • Returning, again and again

This is where transformation happens—not in intensity, but in consistency.

A 5-Minute Spring Reset

You don’t need an hour to reconnect. Try this simple flow at home, or before class:

  1. Child’s Pose – arrive and ground

  2. Cat/Cow – awaken the spine and breath

  3. Low Lunge – open through the hips and heart

  4. Tree Pose – find steadiness in growth

  5. Seated Breath – close with intention

Move slowly. Let your breath guide you.

If you’re craving flexibility, a slower pace, or simply a moment to yourself at home, our on-demand library is here to support you. Whether you have five minutes or a full hour, you can choose a class that meets your energy, your schedule, and your intention for the day.

Stay Connected to Your Practice

Growth doesn’t happen in isolation. Growth is nurtured through community, support, and shared energy.

This month, we invite you to:

  • Step into a class you’ve never tried

  • Reconnect with your favorite teacher

  • Bring a friend to practice alongside you

  • Explore upcoming workshops or retreats

However you show up, you’re part of something here.
